 | | Jen D, Co-op Member | this Museum offers an experience that kids want to visit over and over again. We found that going repeatedly over the years from when our son was 3, 4, 5 all the way to the present at 12 years old, has given us a rich resource that becomes accessible on differing levels as our journey matures.
When we began going we called this museum "the Dinosaur Museum" and more recently we've become enthralled with the exhibits on Space, Water and somewhere in the middle we spent a great deal of time studying the native animals & people.
The Planetarium here is a favorite summer time destination for our family, it's better than a movie, but it has the dark cold that we want on some hot summer days. |
