With a wide variety of animals from all over the world, DEW Animal Kingdom has something for everyone young and old. Be prepared to be exhilarated and educated as you walk the trails alone or if you're lucky enough to catch a tour. | | Karen Giles, Co-op Member | | Our local homeschool group went on a field trip to DEW, and everyone- adults and children, LOVED it! There are animals of all descriptions, including hyena, lions, tigers, panthers, birds, wallaby, even mini horses and donkeys! The dromedary drinking from the hose was a wonderful hit! Thunder the lion will answer with a roar from across the compound when his name is called. Sometimes there are also baby animals. The folks who run DEW love the animals and take sparkling care of them. They are terrific, humorous tour guides and teach tremendous amounts about each of the animals. |
