| Facility: | Cowgirl Creamery |
| Description: | The creamery is located at Tomales Bay Foods, a restored barn at 80 4th Street in Point Reyes Station. There is also a cheese counter for tasting and purchasing cheese, and a nice selection of cheese books, knives, boards and condiments to pair with cheese. The Cowgirl Cantina is a gourmet deli and wine shop, and the barn has additional shops with local produce and other great finds. Peak through a glassed-in viewing window and watch as we make cheese -- Wednesday through Sunday, from 10am to 6pm. Better yet, take a tour. These are held every Friday at 11:30 a.m. The tour consists of a 25-minute presentation, followed by a tasting of Cowgirl Creamery cheeses. |
