Description:

The Contemporary Arts Museum Houston offers a variety of educational programs that reflect the diversity of its audiences. Through regularly scheduled events for children, teens and adults, the Museum is dedicated to creating exciting ways for visitors to access, enjoy, and learn more about contemporary art and artists.

Discussion and activity-based group tours are available free of charge if scheduled within ten days of the visit.

3) Science and technology: learning how art is made, materials used

5) Ethics and Morals: content of art begs discussion of values, morals

Pros: free

Cons: exhibits can be extremely risque' and incomprehensible, can be tough to find parking

Cautions: strongly recommend adult preview before taking any children or youth, do not take young children, art is often provocative, risque' and may offend family values
