The College of Wooster Art Museum began as a small gallery in the 1930s to serve as an adjunct operation to the educational programs of the College. Since then, the museum has grown in both space and collections and strives to bring diverse, high-quality exhibitions to The College of Wooster campus community and to the community at large.
Rotating exhibitions feature regional, national, and international artists, Wooster faculty and students, traveling exhibitions, and an annual exhibition selected from the permanent collection of over 8,500 objects. Nationally and internationally recognized artists who have exhibited at Wooster. |
