| Chapel In The Hills |
This replica of the famous 850-year-old Borgund Stave Church in Norway features unique architecture & intricate carvings. Stavekirke combines Norse dragon heads, Christian symbols and pegged construction. Visit the grass-roofed Stabbur welcome center & log cabin museum.
Visitors are welcome and encouraged to wander the chapel grounds, taking their time as they experience the presence of God in this beautiful natural setting. Currently in the planning stage is a Meditation Walk which will wind its way back in to the hillside behind the chapel. Complete with benches and statuary, this will provide an additional place for reflection, prayer, and meditation.
