| Description: | The animal barn at the farm is a great hands-on learning experience for students! They will be able to feed (or watch the feeding of) calves, ducks, goats, sheep and or pigs, depending on the time of their tour. The old fashioned hayride takes students on a tour of the farm, and makes a great venue for staging the herding demonstrations that they are so well known for! Watch Tib and little Mack busy herding different groups of farm animals, and then get to meet our star attractions in person. Fall field trips will include a trip through the Corn Maze and some pumpkin picking, too! Cagle's Dairy was a full milk processing center until recent years, so we will share our history on the farm tour with dairy cow milking demonstrations! |
