 | | Stephanie E., Co-op Member | Not only will you enjoy being surrounded by beautiful butterflies but you will also enjoy being surrounded by a tropical garden. As you wonder through the pathways, try to match the plants, fauna and butterflies with the picture "menu". This makes the trip a treasure hunt. The exhibits outside the gardens are very interesting to view and the children are always fascinated by the chrysalis and pupa display. This is a very good time to talk about the life cycle of a butterfly. I try to go to the butterfly rainforest once or twice a year and is always a relaxing and enjoyable experience for young and old alike.
Here is a hint: if you have a science center membership that has "ASTC recipriocal" show your card when paying and you will receive a discount in the admission cost. |
