| Description: | The museum offers visitors an opportunity to view historic aircraft, air and space artifacts, photographs, fine art and an extensive model collection. DARE TO FLY PROGRAM: This popular program introduces basic aerodynamic theory and includes a museum tour. Taught by experienced pilots and educators, the participants design and build their own gliders from raw materials and hold a flight competition. A comprehensive four hour program designed for 8 to 15 year old groups. |
