 | | Michele, Co-op Member | We recently took a trip to this museum and thoroughly enjoyed it. We all enjoyed walking through the museum which is a progression through time in the "Race to Space" journey. It was very well done and my kids were able to connect some "dots" in history.
The shows were fantastic, especially Dr. Goddard's Lab. It was very interactive and the kids LOVED it.
Our ONLY disappointment was that there was no actual planetarium show. Instead they were showing the Hubble telescope photos in the planetarium which got somewhat repetitive and was over my kids comprehension. (My father was with us and actually dozed off!) We would have much rather seen the planetarium shows of the past.
Definately worth a visit! |
