Provider:U.S. Census Bureau
Summary:This website was developed for elementary school kids to help them understand the purpose of taking a census. When you get to the site you will see a menu on the left side of your screen
Description:Click on "Facts" to investigate some of the statistics about every state in the U.S. that was compiled from the U.S. Census in 2000.

Once you've checked the facts, take the "Quiz" to see what you remember about the facts. Not only will kids learn something about the census, they will improve their knowledge of U.S. geography as well.
