| Description: | They are offering a unique opportunity for students (including homeschoolers) to "Ask the Experts" at the Everglades National Park in Florida questions such as: *What reptiles and amphibians inhabit Everglades National Park? *What are the differences between amphibians and reptiles? *What role does the alligator play in keeping that ecosystem healthy? Students will be able to learn from scientists and researchers in the field who are experts on the critters that inhabit the Everglades. When you get to the eFieldTrips home page click on the banner, "The Reptiles and Amphibians of Everglades National Park." Then, click on the "Ask the Experts" icon and follow the instructions to participate in this event. You must register to use eFieldTrips, and registration is free. As suggested at the website, it will be most helpful to have your students take the "Virtual Visit" to help them ask appropriate questions. While you are at the site check out the archived e-field-trips. There are over 25 of them on a wide range of topics. Here is a small sample of titles: *Bats!
