Today's recommendation is a little different from the usual fare. It's an art contest!

Description:

Now through May 30, Coastal America is accepting student artwork (photos, drawings, paintings, etc.) that convey one of the seven essential principles of ocean literacy, together with a brief explanation on the back of the artwork. Art will be judged in five separate age categories, and local winners in each age group will compete for a chance to be invited to Washington, D.C.!

Complete details regarding the seven principles, the requirements, and how to turn in your entry are all included on the website.
