| Vancouver Museum |
The Vancouver Museum has hundreds of thousands of artifacts, specimens and treasures. From an Egyptian Mummy to an 80 year-old Kitsilano Beach Rental Bathing Suit.
The Vancouver Collections are a reflection of the history of the Lower Mainland. The history of Vancouver begins long before 1886. The First Nations Collections bring to life, the histories, struggles, and triumphs of the Aboriginal peoples of the Pacific Northwest Coast. Emphasizing China, Japan, and Oceania, the Pacific Rim Collections form a strong basis for cross-cultural understanding and appreciation. The Vancouver Museum is home to artifacts, specimens and treasures from around the globe. |
