Facility:Clearwater Historical Museum
Description:Dedicated to preserving the history of the Clearwater River area, this museum displays samples from their collection of more than 4,000 old pictures and historical artifacts from the past, including gold mining, logging, farming, the Nez Perce Indians and the Lewis & Clark Expedition. Individual tours are given on request. The historical society also offers programs on regional history at their meetings, held the 2nd Tuesday of each month, October through May.
