Facility:Castle Museum of Saginaw County History
Description:Telling the continuing story of the Saginaw area through exploration, preservation and presentation of historical and cultural heritage. Built as a Federal post office in 1898 it reflects the French heritage of early Saginaw. HSSC operates the only county museum in the state with a full-time archaeologist, an active archaeology program and a nationally recognized repository of archaeological objects.
