Description:The Museum focuses on the daily lives of homesteaders in the area, sheep and cattle ranches, and the growth of the energy industry.

Permanent exhibits include a homestead display, antique dishes, early day implements, World War I artifacts, mining tools, wood working artifacts, present-day oil drilling and coal mining. The Museum has a collection of windmills, which played an important role in the area. The Museum also displays heavy mining equipment used in the region.
