Assistance Dog Institute's college programs are acclaimed worldwide for their breakthrough curriculum and the talented dogs that are part of the learning experience.
Master of Science (M.S.) Degrees are awarded in Assistance Dog Education and Human-Canine Life Science. The program schedule is designed to allow students to maintain their current professional commitments while advancing their education.
Associate of Science (A.S.) Degrees are awarded in Assistance Dog Education and Human-Canine Life Sciences. The A.S. degree programs consist of two semesters that are four months each.
Certificate programs range from a 6-week Service Dog Seminar, to a 2-week Client Training course, to a 17-hour Social/Therapy class and more
Scholarships are available on a limited basis to qualified applicants.
ADI is approved for the training of veterans using G.I. benefits.

Dormitory Housing
Eight single room occupancy dormitory rooms are available to house Institute out-of-area college and certificate program students. Offered on a first come first serve basis, each approximately 8' x 9' room is furnished with a single bed. The dormitory is equipped with two bathrooms, one shower, and washer/dryer facilities. Communal living areas include the kitchen/dining room, common room, study area and outside patio.
This campus housing provides affordable housing and an environment that supports academic retention and success. Qualifications for this housing require Institute student status including prepayment of all fees and tuition, maintenance of a 2.0 GPA, regular course attendance, and adherence to all housing policies and procedures. The housing, like the Institute in general, is a smoke-free, drug-free and alcohol-free area.

Scholarship Program
The Assistance Dog United Campaign does provide tuition scholarships to students admitted to the Institute's degree granting programs. For more information, check the Assistance Dog United Campaign's website. The Institute may, at its discretion, provide tuition scholarships, identifying its recipients through informal channels at this time. |

ADUC's support for the assistance dog industry includes a commitment to provide educational opportunities for individuals desiring to attend the Assistance Dog Institute.
Qualifying applicants may be granted tuition scholarships for the following: Institute's Associate of Science degree program in Assistance Dog Education.
Education, achievements, work experience, and letters of recommendation will contribute to decisions regarding awarding of scholarships.
The Scholarship Request form is obtainable year round by mail. However, the postmark deadlines for applications are no later than the following:
June 1 for an A.S. Degree Program beginning in August/September.
October 1 for an A.S. Degree Program beginning in January.
