Other Requirements:This is a scholarship for former pediatric cancer patients. Must have been treated for cancer at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and be entering or already enrolled in an undergraduate degree program or vocational program.

M. D. Anderson Cancer Center Children’s Art Project UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Graduate Scholarship

Must be between the ages of 21 and 30
Must have been a registered patient at M. D. Anderson Cancer Center before 18th birthday
Must have graduated from an accredited college/university
Must have been accepted to a graduate/professional program which has appropriate regional/professional accreditation
Must take at least nine hours per semester
Must maintain at least a C average
Must have no Fs
Must not have received a Children’s Art Project scholarship for more than eight semesters unless necessary for specific graduate programs
